IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

You acknowledge and agree that Airdrop Village shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that all data, content, and information displayed on or accessible through the Site (collectively, "Site Data") is the property of Airdrop Village or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Activities: Without limiting the generality of other restrictions in these Terms, you specifically agree NOT to:

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site. We may also terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
